About South Beach
The South Beach Association is located at 933 East Avenue at the end of Williams Place in Mantoloking, NJ. It is owned by the Association, a New Jersey corporation, and is operated by the Association's Board of Directors. It maintains an attractive bathing beach and related amenities for the exclusive use of its members and their house guests.
In the summer season, the beach is operated for approximately 12 weeks, during which time life guards will be on duty at the designated hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, except during periods of weather related closures. The Association strives to provide a family-oriented beach consistent with the standards of the community.

As a result of having reached capacity during the last two seasons, membership in South Beach Association is currently available only to those individuals and families who have previously been members. If you are interested in joining South Beach, but have not previously been a member, please use the contact section of this website to express your interest. We will contact you if space becomes available.
